Since 2002, The Bonnaroo Farm has been the home of the world famous Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Its 650-acre halcyon setting and flexible layout make it ideal location for any festival, event or competition.
The Park’s central location, in Manchester,TN is within one-day’s drive of approximately 80% of the U.S. population. In fact over two million people live within one hour.
The site is zoned for any kind of event. Whether it’s an intimate corporate event or a festival bringing 90,000 campers, the park can be configured in a multitude of ways.
This park is equipped with permanent power, 12 well-spaced water wells, storage houses, an on-site compost area and fuel tank access. All fixtures such as The Barn, Fountain, FireTower, Choza Verde, Viewing Mound and Staging Pads are all available for use.
There are four main access points to the site, one entrance is directly off of I-24. Graveled roads provide easy access on the site.
There are over 150 hotels in a 50 mile radius with over 10,000 rooms (includes bed and breakfasts as well as local, regional and national chains).
There are over 50 campgrounds within a 50 mile radius, 10 of which are in state parks - not to mention The Bonnaroo Farm's room for 90,000 campers.

Our relationships with the city, county, and state government can put you in touch with the right people for all the right permits and necessary reporting. In addition, we can be a part of brainstorming sessions to come up with new and unique ways to add that extra flair to your event.
Our team is available should you need more full-time assistance with your event. This service is based on event needs and team availability at the time of your event.
Executing any event requires talented people and/r companies that specialize in various areas within the outdoor event world. We work with only the industry’s best and can make strategic recommendations based on your event needs. In addition, we own a variety of critical pieces such as trash receptacles that can be rented as well.
